13 IS THE NEW 30!
Here is Lacey sporting her new highlights! She has been wanting to highlight her hair for a VERY long time now and I haven't let her do it, well at least not professionally. But then she got this really cute new cut last week, and I could no longer resist the request for blonde highlights. My amazing hairstylist Cindy was won over by Lacey's charm and did her hair today on the spot! Needless to say Lacey was pleased with the outcome! The not so fun part; us trying to figure out how to style it as well as the hairdresser did!
